BSCA is part of the certification programme for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined and promoted by the United Nations.
This commitment makes the airport the first Walloon company to become involved.
In addition to the "classic" environmental considerations, these 17 objectives also include societal aspects such as partnerships, justice and growth grouped into 3 main categories
- Decent work and economic growth
- Sustainable cities and communities
- Partnerships for achieving the goals : In particular through the introduction of CEM (Collaborative Environmental Management)
