Parking procedure

Any journalist departing from Brussels South Charleroi Airport, on a professional basis, can benefit from free express parking, if this trip is accompanied by the writing of an article promoting Brussels South Charleroi Airport or one of its destinations.

In order to benefit from this, the journalist is asked to inform the Communication Department of Brussels South Charleroi Airport of his or her departure by sending an e-mail to press.net@charleroi-airport.com. All requests must be made at least 7 days before departure, working days only.

In the e-mail, it is necessary to indicate the following elements so that the request can be processed;

Outbound flight :

Date
Flight number
Destination
Time of departure
Return flight :

Date
Flight number
City of origin
Arrival time in Charleroi

Once the message containing the above-mentioned information has been received, a communication officer from Brussels South Charleroi Airport will inform the journalist of the follow-up of the request. The journalist will then receive confirmation that an envelope with his or her name on it has been deposited with the airport's Information Service.

On the day of departure, the journalist will park his vehicle in the Express car park. Once done, he/she will go to the information desk, located in the centre of terminal 1, where an agent will give him/her the envelope, upon presentation of his/her press card, and in exchange for his/her entrance parking ticket.

All requests must be made at least 7 days before departure (working days only) so that the envelope can be handed in to the Information Desk. If this deadline is not met, no ticket can be given to the journalist.
