Cancelled flight
In case of cancellation of your flight, you will have to contact your airline in order to obtain compensation.

- Tui Fly : Attention : in the event of a flight cancellation with Tui, please make sure you request a certificate clearly stating that the flight did not take place and that, consequently, you did not receive the service for which you had paid in order to be reimbursed. You will then have to provide your certificate in order to be reimbursed.
