Are contactless payments mandatory?

Payments by card are strongly recommended.

We also recommend booking everything online, including aeroplane tickets on the airline’s website, and any services at the airport (Parking, Fast-Track, Lounge).

We should point out that the P4 car park is only accessible if you book online.

Once passengers have paid securely, they will receive a confirmation email with details of the booking and various information about the product. We therefore ask you to come to the airport with any vouchers that you have received on your telephone or as a printout.

When buying a plane ticket on an airline’s website, it is a good idea to add any options you might want, such as for example, hold luggage, priority boarding, seat reservation etc.

Planning these ahead will help limit any additional amounts you have to pay at the airport and reduce the contact you have with staff.
